BREAKING: Premier Steven Marshall and Treasurer Rob Lucas have ignored the voices of thousands of retail workers and refused to declare Boxing Day a public holiday.

This means thousands of South Australian workers will turn up to work the day after Christmas without earning an extra cent than they usually would on any other Saturday.

This decision is nothing short of a disgrace.

Will you write to the Premier telling him that workers shouldn’t be working on the 26th of December without public holiday penalty rates?

Christmas is such a special time for many of us. We can’t let Steven Marshall take away important family time and not even reward you with the penalty rates you deserve.
